She values the therapeutic relationship above all, and is known to emphasize personal choice and responsibility, creativity, love, and authenticity within her work.

Dr. Shaw founded the practice for holistic clinicians to provide the community with a unique and truly human approach to mental health.

When not working, she can be found with a cup of tea reading a novel, or spending quality time with family & friends.

Ms. Jaclyn works with individuals who have a history of trauma, are undergoing life transitions, and who are interested in working towards developing their identity and living in alignment with their authentic self. 

 

Ms. Jaclyn notes that “no story is too small or too big” and that “every voice deserves to have a space to be heard.” She believes the therapeutic relationship to be of significant importance and works to cultivate a space for clients to connect with their body, mind, and soul. 

 

 

When not in the office, Ms. Paradise is traveling with a good book in hand, or making memories with those who bring joy to her life.

The C-Suite

Rex is a 4-year-old Schnorkie (Mini-Schnauzer/Yorkie) from Arkansas. He is bold, confident, and sassy. He loves neck scratches, plush toys, and apples. 

Eevee is a 5-year-old Pomchi (Pomeranian/Chihuahua) foster-fail from South Korea. Her rough past and partial blindness doesn't get in the way of her courageous and loving personality.

Maddox (Maddie) is a 2-year-old Shepsky foster-fail from Tennessee. Though her eyes are striking, she's as gentle as they come; and while struggling with some health complications, her spirit warm.
