Our 7-week trauma-informed yoga program Activate You is here to help you reconnect, heal, and rediscover your power. Over 7 weeks, Jaclyn Paradise, a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), will guide you through a safe and nurturing space, focusing on different chakras to unlock your potential and release what’s holding you back.
